When you complete the contact form and submit it, the information you entered is sent to this website and validated again on the server before it is accepted. It is processed solely so that OLFLOWISE can read, assess and respond to your enquiry.

Accepted enquiries are stored in the website's own database together with the time of submission and their handling status. A short, non-reversible technical value derived from the connection is stored only to limit automated submissions; your IP address itself is not stored. A hidden field that ordinary visitors never see is used to discard automated submissions.

Nothing further is collected from the form, and no submission is discarded silently: if the website cannot accept your enquiry it tells you so and keeps your answers in the form so you can try again.

No transactional-email provider is configured, so this website does not send any automatic notification or confirmation email. The website never claims that a message has been delivered.
